The first time I went in, there had been a mistake and I’d been scheduled for one month out from the actual date on which I wanted to come in. So I’m standing there feeling like an idiot, and they come over and say they’d love to take care of me. She got my awful, unruly, ungodly thick hair cut, colored and highlighted – awesomely, mind you – before she had her first scheduled appointment an hour or so later. They could easily have just rescheduled me and ushered me out the door, but they stepped up and got me taken care of then and there. Everyone’s always been friendly and courteous, the salon has always been very clean; I’ve always thought the cut/color/style prices have been reasonable. I recommend SoZo HAIR to everyone who is in need of a place to go, and I especially recommend SoZo HAIR, who has been very awesome and willing to try new things on my hair (instead of, “no, that won’t look good, you get THIS style”).
