I came for my standard color and cut appointment. Upon requesting some highlighting, Karen was more than happy to accommodate me. And while discussing my weekend coming up, she was able to see to it that I could get my nails done!! Even though I didn’t have an appointment for nail services, I needed shellac removed and a polish. While I was processing, we soaked the shellac and then they polished as soon as possible. I left with every need met without much additional time needed!!! AWESOME!!
