I got my hair lightened, which was a mission because it was so dark. We knew we couldn’t get exactly what I wanted in 1 visit but I got pretty close. It turned out a lot better than I expected, and I’m greatful for their patience. We spent nearly 30 minutes just talking about what I wanted. I can’t wait to come back to SoZo!
