Mandi M was excellent! So friendly, excellent job on all services, and even talked through things with me (like issues I’ve been having with curling my hair, other styles/tricks I could use, and helping me decide on proper waxing of my eyebrows).Front desk was on the phone with a difficult person, so it took us awhile to checkout, but she was friendly nonetheless. My credit card was overcharged, which was concerning, but she immediately called me to let me know and correct it.I live an hour and a half away, but I still schedule my appointments for when I will be in town because of my high satisfaction with Mandi M and the salon! Ever since I had my wedding services with SoZo HAIR, I’ve been a loyal customer!
