I have only had I came to SoZo HAIR after a bad experience at another salon I came to SoZo HAIR after a bad experience at another salon. My hair was very choppy, with HORRIBLE color. Don't be afraid, just let her work her magic!!!! Awesome! That's all I can say!!!!! Karen Welch is not only the sweetest girl ever, she also gives the best I knew right away that I finally found the perfect salon!
