Karen Welch makes every hair appointment a relaxing, refreshing experience! I always feel as if I’m her only focus, even though I know there may be others working with her too. I especially enjoy the ambiance of the salon and the friendliness of the entire staff. The products work so well with my high maintenance hair, and I love shopping in the lobby every time I have an appointment. “Upscale but not uptight” is an accurate description.
