12-Week Paid Apprenticeship-to-Employment Program
“From License to Leader.”
PROGRAM STRUCTURE OVERVIEW
Duration:
- 12 Weeks
- 40 Hours Per Week
- 480 Total Hours
Cohort Size:
- 5 Students Per Session
- Competitive + Team-Based Environment
Investment:
- $20/hour × 40 hrs/week × 12 weeks
= $9,600 total tuition
The Unique Guarantee if the Student:
- Earns a weekly average of 4.5-star performance grade
- Completes all coursework
- Maintains full attendance
- Demonstrates professionalism & team spirit
- Passes practical evaluations
Then:
✔ You are offered employment
✔ You are reimbursed $20/hour over your first 12 weeks of employment
✔ After week 12 your pay converts to commission:
- 40% up to $2,500 weekly sale
- 45% up to $3,000 weekly sales
- 50% over $3,500 weekly sales
This turns tuition into earned investment.
THREE-PILLAR TRAINING MODEL
The program will run on three daily components:
PILLAR 1: ON-THE-FLOOR IMMERSION (40%)
16 Hours Per Week
Students will:
- Assist Master & Senior Designers
- Observe consultations
- Mix color
- Apply treatments
- Shampoo & blow dry
- Observe rebooking conversations
- Observe retail recommendation scripts
- Observe client retention strategies
They will complete:
- Observation logs
- Client interaction analysis sheets
- “What I learned today” summaries
Goal: Learn rhythm, speed, culture, professionalism.
PILLAR 2: PRACTICAL PERFORMANCE (35%)
14 Hours Per Week
Students will:
- Practice cutting & color techniques
- Perform services on models
- Perform services on live guests (progressively)
- Complete technical demonstrations
- Receive management sign-off
Testing:
- Timed haircut exams
- Consultation simulations
- Color formulation exams
- Retail recommendation role play
- Prebooking performance metrics
Sign-Off Required for Advancement.
PILLAR 3: CLASSROOM MASTERY (25%)
10 Hours Per Week
This is where the Teaching Assignments become transformative.
