You have a lot to be proud of with your salon, as well as your staff. They are all professional and represent their craft well. My only feedback is how your salon is “laid out”. Your product placement, reception area and hair stations all make sense. What does not seem to fit or at least leave the customer feeling valued are the nail stations. You have 2 nail stations “pushed in to a corner”, enclosed by 3 walls and only one way in/out. It leaves you with the feeling that the nail clients are not as valued, therefore, let’s just put them in the corner. My only suggestion to this “lay out” issue, would be to consider using the “corner” for another resource and bring the nail stations out into the salon area. Just a thought!
